How the Training Log Works
Add exercises, log sets with weight, reps, and RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). The log automatically detects personal records by comparing against your previous sessions. A built-in rest timer with audio alerts helps you stay on track between sets.
Data Storage
All training data is saved to your browser's local storage — no account, no server, no sign-up. Your data stays on your device. Export your full training history to Excel at any time from the History view, and import it back if you switch browsers.
What Gets Tracked
Each session records the date, an optional tag (SBD, Upper, Lower, ME, DE), bodyweight, exercises with sets/reps/RPE, and session notes. The history view shows total sessions, total sets, total volume, and lets you jump back to any previous session to review or edit it.
